4th Jan 2004 - Southbank
Stalemate Southbank became the first team to take points off
AFC Victory in the days top of the table clash at Prospect Park. A goal
midway through the second half by Player/Manager Mark Holton was enough to earn
a point after Victory took a goal lead. A late effort by Ricky Gale
almost clinched all three points but a draw was probably a fair result (click

Elsewhere results couldn't have gone better for Southbank as basement side
Trentonions beat top of the table Southcote Video Res4-3. Fellow
promotion chasers Theale also lost, 2-0 to Associated Asphalt, whilst County
Arms bounced back from their 11-1 defeat before Christmas to only lose 3-2 to
Mortimer West End.
