Hightowers' Southbank returned to action after a two week layoff with a tough tie in the B&B Cup away to undefeated Division Two Central Leaders Wrightchoice.  Despite an opening goal from Jason Wagner Southbank suffered a 5-1 defeat against a young, well organised and fit Wrightchoice side (click here for more details).

A better time was had by Southbank Res' as Scouse led his resurgent team to a third consecutive victory against Caversham Utd (click here for more details).  Goals apiece for Holton, Persaud, Evans, Harvey and Andy Mac comfortably saw The 'Bank home and moved them within 4 points of leaders FC Ole.
