Southbank's season has suffered yet another stutter over the past couple of
weeks. This time the weather has been causing havoc, with consecutive games
against Riverside 26/11 and Black Boy 3/12 falling victim.
The Reserves have suffered similar fates with RG Two 26/11 and Caversham
Park 3/12 victims too due to waterlogged pitches. The Bank's games weren't
the only ones with the majority of the league falling to the 'wet' stuff
over the past few weeks.
Hope springs eternal however with the Black Boy game rearranged for 10/12
and Riverside yet to be confirmed. With two games scheduled before the
Christmas break for the 1st team and just the one for the reserves, the Bank
hope the rains stays away in time to fit these in, as the fixture list for
the 1st team especially going to be full over the early months of 2007.
