Following a stuttering 2007-08 season Southbank Reserves now have a new manager at the helm.

Former club captain Steven Booth, AKA Budda, is stepping up to take over from Mark Holton who finished the season as manager following Scouse's early departure from the role.  Assisting Budda will be Southbank stalwart Andy Persaud who has performed the role himself in the past and will add invaluable experience to the latest managerial setup. 

As first team captain from '97 to 2006, Budda played a key role in the clubs rise through the divisions and so knows what it takes to find success at this level.
