Finally the First Team managed to play a game, ending their 2 month spell of inactivity.  Unfortunately the result and performance were not quite what manager Derrick Holton was hoping for (click here for match report).  Despite the loss Southbank were boosted by fellow strugglers losing 6-3 to Dee Road Reserves to set up a tense clash this coming Sunday.

The Reserves were again thwarted by the weather as their game against Caversham Park Reserves at Prospect Park was called off following overnight rain.
