Southbank FC return to pre-season training in preparation for the 2009-10 season on Wednesday 8th July.
 
Following a double promotion, both teams will be preparing for the new challenges which lay ahead. All players, old and new, are welcome as we blow off the cobwebs with a few weeks of 'light training' in the build up to the usual series of friendlies in August.  Training will start at 18.30 at Calcot Rec, next to the Sainsburys at J12 of the M4 (click here for map).

As ever we're looking for new players to strengthen both sides this year so new and old players are more than welcome.  We've been lucky to welcome a number of players to the club over the last couple of years so don't be afraid to encourage a few new faces to turn up.
