Well pre-season is now well under way.  Training has been going a few weeks, we have over 30 players signed on and we've played 2 mixed friendlies.  The heat has played its part and the performances have been as mixed as the teams! 

A decent performance against AFC Tilehurst has been followed by an indifferent performance against Wokingham Wanderers.  So, with 3 games left, its now time to put in some hard work and start putting the ground work in for a good start to the season.

This weekend (Sunday 17th, 10.00 at Kings Meadow) sees us play two games in at the time for the first this season.  The first team take on old rivals Barton Rovers, while the Reserves renew battle against Warwick Arms.  We need a good turn out for these games so that we can field two strong sides and make plans for the coming season - if you cant make it please contact Mark or Malcolm to let them know).  Lets make this the start of good things to come.
