Its a sad week for Southbank as Septembers Player of the Month Nader Gehawi heads off back home to Libya. 

Nads has been a revelation upfront for The 'Bank and has been influential in the sides impressive start to the season.  Its no secret that Southbank needed such a good start following a summer of soul searching and questions being raised about the clubs future, and Nads has played no small part in turning the teams fortunes round.

Nads has won a special place in Southbank history as the first non-European to pull on the famous Hoops and he will be sorely missed by all.

When Southbank Online caught up with our departing hero he was very sad to be leaving after such a short spell.  When asked if he'd be coming back to England and Southbank he said "that is dependet on my company, i hope back to continus play in that great team."
