Light pre-season training has already started at Prospect Park
(6.30 Wednesday nights) and the majority of the squad have already
turned up for at least one session. In the coming weeks the pace
will be picked up a bit as fitness levels increase (yeah right) but

to offer two pre-season fitness regimes courtesy of the FA's
Exercise Science department.
There are two programs here, one is a six week fully fledged
pre-season training programme designed to get you closer to being
match fit than ever before. The second is a 3 week get fit for
pre-season programme that is designed to supplement clubs own
pre-season training and prepare you for full training.
