A pretty lacklustre performance from Budda's side made hard work of beating 116 Exiles who are fast becoming the Reserves bogey side with two poor performances against them last season as well!

For most of the first half The 'Bank just didn’t get out of bed and 116 took an early lead when a shinned effort from outside the box looped over keeper Luke Howroyd.

After struggling to get themselves going a mazy run by Shane Clark set up Jamie Foncette to clinically finish into the top corner from 12 yards to level the scores at half time.

The second half saw an improved performance, inspired by a rare cameo from gaffer Budda no doubt!  Jason Cusworth then set up Foncette for his second before maiden Southbank goals from defenders Danilo Djakovic, with an “orrible header” and Dan Wakelam with a 20 yard piledriver secured the points.

Jamie Steele nearly added the goal of the game when his intelligent run left him with a free header two yards out on the back post, only somehow he ended up heading it away from goal!
